KAshi YAtrA (A holy trip to KAshi)
After reassuring his mother and young wife, ElaiAzhwar joined the group of students heading for KAshi under the guidance of YAdavaprakAsA. His cousin Govindan was part of the tour group. The year was 1035 and IlaiyAzhwAr had already spent eighteen human years on earth.
